FO YouTube channel up and running

Just a quick message for you all, Fighters Only now has it's own YouTube channel up and running. We put it up around thetime of UFC 80 due to the fact we had loads of video interview and stuff from around that time. There will be new content going up regularly including interviews, training tips, techniques, and much, much more.

Rosi Sexton on Ch5 News (UK) from last week

Go to the lnk HERE to find a video of MMA champion, top female fighter and Fighters Only contributor Rosi Sexton on Channel 5 news last friday night.

It's a nice little piece which although suffering from some of the old sterotypes is a very positive step in mainstream acceptance.
