Lightweight prospect Max Rohskopf will look to deliver another statement when he returns to action for his second appearance under the Cage Warriors banner on Sunday, October 17.

Rohskopf (6-1) will take on Jordan Bailey in a lightweight bout at Cage Warriors 130, which takes place at Humphreys on the Bay in San Diego, California and will stream live worldwide on UFC Fight Pass.

Rohskopf made his promotional debut for the British organisation at Cage Warriors 126, as he picked up a dominant first-round TKO win over Jeff Creighton on the promotion’s first event on U.S. soil.

Now Rohskopf, who has claimed all six of his career wins via stoppage, will look to build on his impressive record by securing back-to-back victories inside the Cage Warriors cage.

“Cage Warriors is great!” he said ahead of the event.

“I loved the last event and I’m excited for the next one!”

Rohskopf’s next assignment will see him take on Bailey (6-4), who is buzzing to make his Cage Warriors debut.

“I’m pumped to be able to fight for such a dope organisation!” he said.

“I want to go out there and put a show on for everybody and show all the hard work I’ve been putting in.

“This is a fight for the fans and for my family, I’m going out there to do damage and win.

“There is nothing in the world like winning for a top tier organisation like Cage Warriors.

“This is just the beginning!”

Cage Warriors president Graham Boylan said he’s hopeful of another packed house after the promotion’s United States debut played to a sold-out crowd at Humphreys on the Bay.

“I’m very excited to see this fight and I’m sure the fans are too,” he said.

“Max Rohskopf really impressed at Cage Warriors 126 and I’m sure he wants to build on that performance and add another stoppage win to his record.

“Jordan Bailey is a very game fighter. He will certainly be up for the challenge of taking on Rohskopf.”
