The UFC’s Fight Night event at the O2 Arena in March was such a success, UFC president Dana White vowed the octagon would be back in the capital later in the year. Now, just four months later, the UFC is back in the London for its second show of the year.
Headlining the card is a battle of heavyweight contenders, as England’s rising star Tom Aspinall takes on No. 4-ranked contender Curtis Blayde, while the co-main event sees in-form American middleweight Chris Curtis step up on short notice to take on Jack Hermansson.
The rest of the card is stacked with the cream of British fighting talent, and a raucous atmosphere is expected once again with a capacity crowd expected at the O2 on Saturday night.
To get fight week off and underway, the UFC’s official UK broadcast partner BT Sport released their latest big fight preview show, as hosts Adam Catterall and Nick Peet were joined by former UFC middleweight champion and UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping to give an early breakdown of the key matchups on the card.
