The UFC’s Octagon heads east to Boston as UFC 292 brings a stacked card to Beantown this weekend.
Headlining the event is a battle for the undisputed bantamweight world title, as reigning champion Aljamain Sterling looks to continue his remarkable run of form when he faces off against emerging superstar of the division Sean O’Malley.
There’s title action in the co-main event, too, as strawweight queen Zhang Weili puts her 115-pound title on the line against Brazilian challenger Amanda Lemos. Irish welterweight Ian Garry is also set for action as he takes on short-notice replacement Neil Magny at 170 pounds.
The fight card will also mark the comeback of former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman, who makes his return to action after sustaining a broken leg against Uriah Hall one year ago. He returns to the Octagon to face longtime contender Brad Tavares.
Ahead of the event, the UFC’s “Embedded” cameras are following the fighters behind the scenes as they work their way through fight week, as they arrive in Boston and go through their pre-fight media obligations before the weigh-ins and the final faceoffs ahead of fight night.
