Dave Batista discusses his return to the WWE after a brief stint trying his hand as an MMA fighter under the tutelage of Nick Diaz and Cesar Gracie.
This WWE-shot promo looks almost entirely at Batista’s MMA training, so presumably they are trying to sell him as a ‘real fighter’ for his return.
It is very likely that Batista and Brock Lesnar will be matched this year by the WWE. There is no prospect of Lesnar returning to the UFC; those rumors were deliberately started for viral marketing purposes.
