“Thug” Rose Namajunas became a two-time UFC women’s strawweight champion as she dethroned Weili Zhang with a stunning head kick.
Valentina Shevchenko looked at her dominant best as she finished former UFC women’s strawweight champion Jessica Andrade in the second round to retain her title at 125 pounds.
Then there were the gruesome leg injuries – of differing levels of horrific – endured by Chris Weidman and Jimmy Crute.
