The Bellator cage returns to the “Shark Tank” as the SAP Center, home of the NHL’s San Jose Sharks, plays host to a huge card at Bellator 277.
The April 15 event features two title fights, with the eagerly anticipated featherweight title rematch between newly-crowned champion A.J. McKee and former champ Patricio Pitbull set to headline a stacked fight card in California.
The co-main event also features a title clash, as reigning light heavyweight champion Vadim Nemkov and surging contender Corey Anderson face off in the Bellator light heavyweight grand prix final, with the tournament title, and the undisputed 205-pound crown, both up for grabs.
There’s also a big card set for Bellator 279 in Hawaii on April 23, as Bellator runs a double-header of big fight night action in Honolulu, culminating in the women’s featherweight title clash between champion Cris Cyborg and Kiwi title challenger Arlene Blencowe.
The interim bantamweight title is also up for grabs in the opening round of the Bellator bantamweight grand prix, with Juan Archuleta and Raufeon Stots set to face off for the gold. Also in the 135-pound tournament, former bantamweight champion Kyoji Horiguchi kicks off what he’ll hope is his route back to gold when he takes on submission ace Patchy Mix.
Ahead of the two events, Bellator staged a press conference event in Los Angeles, and you can recap the event live via the video player below.
