Paige VanZant is the latest big name to join the fight card for Bare Knuckle FC’s upcoming event in London, England.
BKCF is set to host an event at Wembley Arena, London, on Saturday, August 20, with a main event clash between Bellator star Michael “Venom” Page and former UFC welterweight slugger “Platinum” Mike Perry already confirmed for the card.
Now they are set to be joined by VanZant, whose presence on the card was confirmed by BKFC president and CEO David Feldman at a press conference, telling reporters, “Paige VanZant will be the feature bout of the evening on this card.
“Paige VanZant will be having her third trip into the squared circle at Wembley Arena,” Feldman revealed.”
Former UFC starlet VanZant will be making her first competitive appearance in the UK as she looks to bounce back from a decision defeat to fellow ex-UFC fighter Rachel Ostovich in her last bout back in July 2021.
News on VanZant’s opponent is set to be confirmed in the near future, but one potential opponent may have emerged with the announced signing of former UFC fighter Felice Herrig, who announced her new career with BKFC after retiring from MMA following her defeat to Karolina Kowalkiewicz in June.
