After beating T.J. Dillashaw in their UFC flyweight title fight, Henry Cejudo could stake a claim to be the unofficial UFC bantamweight champion.
Now Dillashaw relinquished his belt for a failed drug test, Cejudo can make that become a formalised reality and become a two-weight champion.
The flyweight champion will take on top bantamweight contender Marlon Moraes at UFC 238 in Chicago’s United Center on June 8th.

The fight was announced earlier today.
Cejudo shocked the fight world when he dethroned long-reigning UFC flyweight kingpin Demetrious Johnson in a stirring split decision win in August 2018.
The Olympic gold medalist then needed just 32 seconds to defeat betting favourite T.J. Dillashaw by TKO in their champion vs. champion contest at UFC Brooklyn in January.
Former WSOF bantamweight champion Moraes is riding the crest of a wave and is in impressive fighting form.
The Brazilian is on a four-fight win streak, defeating top-ranked bantamweights Raphael Assuncao, Jimmie Rivera, Aljamain Sterling and John Dodson.
UFC 238 is set to be co-headlined by another UFC title fight. Valentina Shevchenko is slated to defend her women’s flyweight championship against Jessica Eye.
